Atlas Ocean Voyages recently added new vegan dishes and enhancements to plant-based offerings in an effort to elevate culinary offerings for discerning vegan travelers.

“Our new vegan menu, delivers yet another unique culinary experience for our guests’ evolving preferences and dietary needs,” said James Rodriguez, president and CEO, Atlas Ocean Voyages. “Our team of talented chefs has carefully crafted each dish to showcase the creativity and diversity of vegan cuisine, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our vegan travelers.”
The vegan menu features appetizers, main courses and desserts across a range of international flavors and culinary techniques, using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. The menu can now be found on all Atlas Ocean Voyages’ expeditions.

Examples of new dishes include fresh beets niçoise salad, mushroom stroganoff, ensalada de brotes and a Woodland Wonder Cacao Confection for dessert.
In addition to the new vegan menu, a dedicated vegan breakfast corner boasts vegan croissants, Danish pastries, hummus and much more. The lunch selection changes daily. A plant-based vegan steak is always on the menu at 7Aft Grill for dinner, while the all-day menu in Paula’s Pantry includes a vegan muesli power bar. On the 24-hour room service menu, vegan diners find a botanically inspired BBQ chicken pizza and The Impossible Delight burger.
