There has yet to be a major announcement or rollout from Airbnb since its acquisition of Luxury Retreats, but the home-sharing company quietly listed a few properties on its site under the company’s new Airbnb Luxe brand. Since the acquisition a few years ago, there was anticipation Airbnb would eventually start offering luxury properties with out-of-this-world amenities. And, lo and behold, they are beta testing a few such accommodations in London.

So far, Airbnb listed 10 properties located in the capital city of England and include a four-bedroom penthouse suite with an outdoor terrace, and a modern two-bedroom apartment with stunning city views.

Airbnb touts these properties as being of 5-star quality and offering guests access to almost anything, like a Trip Designer who can arrange activities during your stay, private airport transfer, childcare, private chef and much more.

During the testing phase, each property is labeled as Hospitality by Luxury Retreats, honoring the company that allowed for this expansion into luxury rentals.
