Delta Air Lines begins new service between New York (LGA) and Chattanooga (CHA) July 9. A CRJ-900 aircraft serves the route with 12 first-class, 20 Delta Comfort+ and 44 economy-class seats. Inflight WiFi is available.

The route departs Chattanooga at 7:05 a.m., arriving in New York at 9:30 a.m., Monday–Saturday. Return flights are provided Sunday–Friday, leaving New York at 8:20 p.m., arriving in Chattanooga at 10:55 p.m.

“New York continues to be the top destination for our travelers,” said Terry Hart, president, Chattanooga Airport. “We appreciate Delta Air Lines’ continued confidence and support, and this will take us to new heights over and above the 16 percent record-breaking growth we had last year.”

July 8, Delta links Cleveland (CLE) with Salt Lake City (SLC), making Salt Lake City Delta’s eighth non-stop destination from Cleveland.

An Airbus A319 aircraft serves the route with 12 first-class, 18 Delta Comfort+ and 102 economy-class seats. Free in-flight streaming entertainment and WiFi are available.

The route departs Cleveland at 8:30 a.m., arriving in Salt Lake City at 10:25 a.m. Return flights depart Salt Lake City at 5 p.m., arriving in Cleveland at 10:50 p.m.

“We are thrilled to welcome nonstop service between SLC and Cleveland,” said Bill Wyatt, executive director, Salt Lake City Department of Airports. “This new service helps to fill the gap in service between the Midwest and Utah, providing Clevelanders ease of access in time to enjoy the state’s national parks and many other outdoor events and activities Salt Lake City offers our summer visitors.”

“We are thrilled that Delta Air Lines has chosen to add to their service offerings at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport with the launch of this service,” added Robert Kennedy, director, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. “Daily non-stop Salt Lake City service will also provide an opportunity for travelers to connect to additional destinations on the west coast through Delta’s Salt Lake City hub, opening up more opportunities for passengers throughout northeast Ohio.”
