Carnival designed an array of diverse itineraries throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean for the inaugural season of its newest ship, Carnival Horizon, set to debut April 2018.
The new cruise ship will offer both indoor and outdoor dining and bars, and world-class entertainment, including IMAX Theater, SkyRide, a WaterWorks park and the luxurious Cloud 9 Spa.
The ship features spacious staterooms in the Family Harbor and tropical-inspired Havana staterooms and suites, which include access to a Cuban-themed bar and pool.
Carnival Horizon’s maiden voyage is scheduled for April 2, 2018, with a 13-day Mediterranean cruise operating round-trip from Barcelona, stopping in exciting ports in Rome, Naples, Dubrovnik and Corfu.
The cruise line will move to the United States May 9, 2018, with a 14-day trans-Atlantic itinerary from Barcelona, before arriving in New York May 23, 2018. This itinerary will stop in ports throughout Spain and Portugal.
Other itineraries include eight-day Caribbean cruises from New York with stops in Grand Turk, San Juan and Amber Cove. The cruise line will also offer year-round six- and eight-day Caribbean voyages from Miami.
