Delta Air Lines will resume service between Atlanta (ATL) and Brussels (BRU) March 26, 2017, at which time the airline will double its service to Belgium. Currently Delta offers daily service to Brussels departing from New York (JFK). When the service resumes, it will be the only non-stop flight between the two cities. All Delta flights returning from Belgium will operate on a combination of Delta, Air France, KLM and Alitalia aircraft. “As Brussels Airport transitions all airlines back to the main check-in area, we are pleased to confirm we will reinstate our Atlanta service from next summer. It has been a difficult few months for the local community but we remain committed to Belgium and showing our support by operating two daily flights, which will benefit both the traveling public and also the local economy,” said Dwight James, senior vice president, trans-Atlantic, Delta Air Lines. Daily flights will depart Atlanta at 5:40 p.m., arriving in Brussels at 8:20 a.m. the following day. Returning flights will depart Brussels at 11:00 a.m., arriving in Atlanta at 2:45 p.m. A Boeing 767-300 aircraft will service the route, with seats for 225 travelers. WiFi is available on all flights, as well as complimentary on-demand in-flight entertainment.

Sep 30, 2026Review: Sushi by Scratch at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley
Husband-and-wife team Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee made their mark by reinventing the term “hidden gem” through their surprising and intentional collection of destination restaurants. While they launched the original Scratch Kitchen in 2013, an expired lease prompted them to relocate to an unassuming strip mall in suburban Encino in 2015 and rename it Scratch Bar & Kitchen. Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
