Blocked gates, confused travelers and long lines at check-in top the list of what bothers frequent flyers the most while traveling, according to a new survey from Frequent Business Traveler. The travel website teamed up with FlyerTalk, the world’s largest online travel community, and ExpertFlyer, a leading air travel information tool, to ask readers and forum members about their most egregious pre-flight air travel pet peeves. Discourteous or uninformed and poorly managed boarding processes round out the top five. The survey features opinions from a random sample of 2,530 adults (average age of 45.2) surveyed April 13–May 15.
