Book a riding getaway at Il Borro estate in the Tuscan countryside and the staff will match you to the right horse — whether you’re an Olympic equestrian or ride once in a blue moon. Situated in the rolling hill country about 40 miles southeast of Florence near the historic village of San Giustino Valdarno, Il Borro was a private estate owned by the Ferragamo family until 1993. Today, it offers 30 lavish accommodation choices, including suites and private villas. In addition to a celebrated vineyard, the property also boasts the La Corte Spa Wellness & Beauty center, featuring organic products grown on the estate.
