With properties across the United States and United Kingdom, Club Quarters Hotels is now the first global hotel brand to roll out digital room keys compatible with both Apple and Google wallets. While many big hotel chains adopted digital keys at select locations, Club Quarters Hotels is the first to go brand-wide with a universal, touchless, app-free check-in and entry experience at all properties across its portfolio.

This new feature, powered by ASSA ABLOY Vingcard, a leader in smart, RFID safe-access technology, means guests don’t need to install an app to access their guestroom.
Guests can simply add their room key to Apple or Android digital wallets directly from their check-in email, skipping the front desk altogether. Additionally, if your phone battery dies, the digital key works for up to five hours as a backup. Mobile keys are activated as soon as the room is available, reducing wait times.
Of course, guests that prefer a traditional key card still have this option at Club Quarters Hotels properties.
Club Quarters Hotels operates U.S. properties in areas including Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia; Faneuil Hall in Boston; Washington, D.C.; Embarcadero in San Francisco; The Jewel Hotel in New York City; Wacker at Michigan in Chicago; and more. The brand also features four hotels in London.
