Not only are Global Traveler readers interested in getting to various destinations in the quickest and easiest way possible, they are also interested in traveling in comfort and style. Because our readers are in the skies on average 32 times per year, they want to get to their destination and be ready to hit the ground running wherever they arrive.
For the airplane enthusiasts out there, I am sure you are aware of the Boeing 787, otherwise known as the Dreamliner. Many of the larger airlines have purchased anywhere from one to hundreds of these planes recently, including LOT Polish Airlines, who will soon become the first European operator of the Dreamliner in November. Tickets are now on sale for flights from Warsaw (WAW) to Beijing (PEK), Chicago (ORD), New York (JFK) and Toronto (YYZ).
I have not had the opportunity to fly LOT yet, but am hoping to do so in the near future. LOT’s approach to first and business class tempts any long-haul traveler to try its service. LOT boasts classic and quick service, comfort and luxury on board, and an “individual approach” to each one of its customers. These days, where most airlines herd their passengers on like cattle, regardless of their ticket price, something as simple as an individual approach goes an incredibly long way.
