The resort’s 72 cottage-style guestrooms and suites incorporate a Lowcountry aesthetic with features like wicker, wood and textured linen, combined with white-washed tones and mint-green accents. Porches let guests relax and enjoy a morning coffee with riverfront views.

Suites are almost double the size of the already generously proportioned guestrooms, boasting large living rooms, dining nooks and soaking tubs with river views. The signature Sweetbay Suite includes a wraparound porch, indoor fireplace and outdoor tub for bathing in nature. The Dunlin will also feature 19 privately owned Dunlin-branded residences, set to debut for pre-sale later this year.
