Other options include taxi, ride share services and car rental. Amtrak connects Boston with New York; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Portland, Maine; and other points. Within the city, get around on foot or via Bluebikes bikeshare service, MBTA public transit (bus, subway and commuter rail), ride share and taxi.
