In Frankfurt, a major financial hub and home to European Central Bank, tradition meets modernity. The city on the Main River welcomes travelers from around the world to explore its museums, landmarks, architecture and melting pot of cultures.

GETTING THERE & AROUND
Many visitors fly into Europe’s third-largest airport, Frankfurt International Airport, about 9 miles from the city. Airlines from all over the world connect with Frankfurt, making it easy to arrive by air. Once you are ready to explore the destination, public transportation makes it convenient to explore Frankfurt and is typically cheaper and faster than a car. The system consists of subways, commuter trains, trams and buses. Ridesharing services are also available.
