Slated to set a new standard in luxury in Argentina’s capital city next January, Hotel Casa Lucía will take up the famed Edificio Mihanovich building, once the tallest building in Latin America in the early 2oth century, on Calle Arroyo, spanning 142 spacious and upscale guestrooms.

Part of Único Hotels group, the property marks the first of the brand outside of Spain, bringing new opulent accommodations and signature Único service to Buenos Aires. Upon entering, guests are met with a lively lobby featuring a large-scape, bespoke mural from local mixed media artist Cristina Codern.
The hotel’s 142 guestrooms and suites boast sleek furnishings to contrast the building’s historic roots. Contemporary artwork by Cristián Mohaded also adorns each room and suite. Many accommodations offer sweeping views with balconies, outdoor showers, sun loungers and outdoor dining.

The new hotel will also include a new culinary destination, Cantina Restaurant. Drawing inspiration from authentic Argentine aromas and flavors, the restaurant captures the essence of the region through fresh and local ingredients. A bright dining room and six private dining spaces allow guests to enjoy a meal for any occasion.
The next-door Le Club Bacan cocktail bar led by Martín Suaya brings a vibrant menu to the hotel. The bar will offer more than 400 varieties of Argentine wine curated by master sommelier Aldo Garcia, accompanied by music from the city’s best DJs.

Hotel Casa Lucía will also be home to a luxurious spa complete with three treatment cabins, a state-of-the-art gym and 52-foot pool flanked by mirrors.
