In addition to carefully appointed rooms and suites, THE DOLLI’s rooftop restaurant continues the luxury vibe with dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and across Asia. Dishes include tiradito salmon, a curated selection of sashimi and nigiri, lobster pappardelle, and desserts like tiramisu and pavlova.
