At adults-only Nayara Springs in Costa Rica, guests can visit dedicated espresso bar Mi Cafecito. Here, expert baristas create Costa Rican coffee flights for guests to showcase different roasts and how different treatments of beans create different flavors and aromas. Baristas even reveal how growing beans at different altitudes affects the taste of coffee. All beans are roasted on sight, and guests can taste light, medium and dark roasts, as well as compare tastes of washed, natural and honey beans.
