Edgar’s Restaurant in the Castle is located in the historic 1880’s Belhurst Castle on the shores of Seneca Lake. A dinner and drink special is available New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, 5–8 p.m., with a complimentary bottle of Champagne included on New Year’s Eve.
