The world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool will open in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. One of the region’s most anticipated attractions, AURA SKYPOOL will begin welcoming guests in mid-November.
Located on the 50th floor of The Palm Tower, AURA offers visitors uninterrupted views of iconic Dubai landmarks including Palm Jumeriah, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. From Sunset Hospitality Group, AURA is divided into two spaces: the Pool Deck and Lounge & Bar. The Pool Deck features sunbeds and lounge chairs among the 360-degree pool. The Lounge & Bar menu highlights cuisine of Asian cities with international dishes including confit duck salad and miso-glazed salmon. The space is also available for corporate and private events.
“AURA is truly unlike any other destination in the UAE and the world. With 360-degree views of some of the world’s most iconic sights, from the man-made Palm Jumeirah (celebrating this year will be 20 years since its construction) through to Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa and Ain Dubai — all in one view, it’s a breathtaking new destination that will continue to showcase the very best of Dubai,” said Antonio Gonzalez, CEO, Sunset Hospitality Group.
AURA will be open daily, 10 a.m. until sunset. Three ticketing times are available: morning, afternoon or full-day. Visits start around $46 per person.

Based on their respective locations and divergent personalities, it’s inevitable there will be New York vs. Los Angeles (or San Francisco) comparisons when discussing the South Korean cities of Seoul and Busan. While Seoul is known as the nation’s business and government hub, Busan is defined by its coastline, beaches, cliffs, mountains and a slower — but by no means sleepy — pace. The city’s public hot springs, historic temples, ornate parklands, regional South Korean flavors and spins on global trends (like craft beer) also distinguish it from its Western counterparts.
