Sir Richard Branson will grow his collection of Virgin Limited Edition retreats with the opening of Mont Rochelle Hotel and Mountain Vineyard in Franschoek, South Africa, in September. Located approximately 45 minutes from downtown Cape Town, the resort features 22 guestrooms, a private vineyard, a gourmet dining venue, an al fresco restaurant, horse riding, cellar tours and function space.
Mont Rochelle Hotel and Mountain Vineyard is the latest hotel to join Virgin Limited Edition’s portfolio. The luxury collection includes Necker Island in the Caribbean’s British Virgin Islands; Ulusaba Private Game Reserve in South Africa; The Roof Gardens and Babylon Restaurant in London; Kasbah Tamadot in Morocco; The Lodge in Verbier, Switzerland; Necker Belle, a 105-foot luxury catamaran; and Mahali Mzuri, a tented safari camp in Kenya.
