A few select Viceroy Hotels and Resorts Urban Retreats properties partnered with Wag!, the on-demand mobile dog walking and dog care service app. The properties affected include Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zeppelin, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Emblem.

Now guests at each property traveling with a pet receive a Viceroy Urban Retreats-branded pet bed and a detailed map listing the destination’s best pet-friendly parks, restaurants and bakeries. Grooming services and details on pet-centric gyms, stores and spas are also listed. Additionally, a new pet offer at each property includes Wag! on-demand dog walking, coordinated via the hotel’s concierge service. Guests receive a 15 percent Wag! discount and pets are picked up and dropped off either in the lobby or at the guestroom.
