Velaa Private Island in the Maldives recently debuted Eveylaa Wellbeing, a new spa facility in the resort’s Wellbeing Village.

The new spa facility focuses on traditional healing rituals of Ayurveda and Eastern medicine, with a selection of holistic treatments including Shirodhara, Ayurvedic beds and steam rooms utilizing medicinal herbs. The spa also features state-of-the-art offerings like personalized medical diagnostics from medical professionals, a floating pod and various osteopathic treatments. The resort hosts a rotating schedule of doctors, osteopaths and therapists.

The Wellbeing Village also features a new open-air yoga pavilion and air-conditioned Pilates studio. Its new restaurant concept, Faiy, focuses on balanced, nutritious meals made exclusively using natural, unprocessed ingredients. Choose from the Fresh menu of raw, plant-based dishes with Asian flavors or the Spa menu with low-carbohydrate, vegan, gluten-free and Mediterranean-style cuisine. Enjoy mocktails; smoothies; fresh juice; or choose from the vegan, organic, biodynamic and sustainably certified wine list.

In addition to the Wellbeing Village, guests may also visit the resort’s Velaa Spa. Velaa Private Island is the only resort in the Maldives offering a two-spa concept.
