Turtle Bay Resort and Salesforce recently announced a partnership. Salesforce will help the O’ahu-based resort augment service agents with AI and personalize the entire guest experience. Salesforce’s Einstein 1 Platform will help the resort with its efforts to reinvent itself, heighten awareness of its offerings and establish new customer relationships.
“Our work with Salesforce marks a new chapter for Turtle Bay Resort,” said Robert Marusi, chief commercial officer, Turtle Bay Resort. “By leveraging Salesforce’s powerful suite of tools through Einstein 1 Platform, we are able to reach new guests with a highly tailored approach to our engagement, ensuring that every guest receives a truly unforgettable experience unique to them.”
The partnership will assist in the following ways:
- Personalized guest communication: Turtle Bay Resort can now deliver more tailored messages to guests across web, email and social, leading to a 40 percent increase and triple-digit conversion growth.
- Holistic customer experiences: Salesforce, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud are all available in one platform, allowing Turtle Bay to create full “Guest 360” customer profiles for optimal experiences from pre-booking to post-stay.
- Real-time assistance: The Einstein 1 Platform will improve Turtle Bay’s guest experiences and personalization even more, with an AI assistant making tailored recommendations based on customer personas. If a traveler is in the family category, they will receive family-friend recommendations.
