Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, the oceanfront property on the pristine coast of Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, just launched a new Sea to Table program in partnership with SpearMex, the region’s premier sea exploration experts. The new programming features a hands-on experience and ocean-to-table culinary journey combining sustainable fishing practices with personalized gastronomic techniques lead by Executive Chef Jorge González.

Travelers won’t want to miss this experience combining adventure, experiential dining and environmental stewardship, providing guests with an authentic connection to the ocean and region’s culinary traditions.

The experience starts with a fishing trip guided by SpearMex and Chef Jorge González, where guests explore Punta Mita’s waters while learning sustainable fishing methods like spearfishing and deep-sea fishing. Guests also have the opportunity to try Chef González’s fresh ceviche from the day’s catch.

After a day out on the water, the experience ends with a multicourse, fresh-catch dinner at Bahía by Richard Sandoval, the resort’s signature beachfront restaurant. This specialty curated menu by Chef González will be inspired by guests’ catch of the day, as well as other flavors of Punta Minta’s fresh, local ingredients.
