Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio welcomed two new properties last week.

The Dalmar opened in Fort Lauderdale with more than 200 guestrooms, including 33 suites. The property channels South Florida’s tropical leanings, with bright colors and playful design. The hotel is situated in downtown Fort Lauderdale with ocean views. A sky deck with the best views possible is open on the sixth floor.

Also in Florida, the Tribute Portfolio welcomed The Sarasota Modern in downtown Sarasota’s Rosemary District. The hotel offers nearly 100 guestrooms, all with outdoor living features. The property’s vibe is eco-friendly and clean, with natural wood, large windows, private outdoor tubs and plenteous plants. The property also includes two pools and a spa.
