The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park recently finished refurbishments, putting the final touches on its complete overhaul with the unveiling of its new social spaces, dining options and wellness and fitness areas.

A new gastro lounge now sits off the hotel lobby for a day-to-night cocktail and culinary experience. The social space combines a variety of seating arrangements over three rooms. The centerpiece bar is accented with marble, bronze and gold and complemented by a Matisse sketch. Artisanal beverages are available, alongside shared plates.

The new fitness center includes brand-new equipment and virtual fitness classes. Scheduled group classes take place throughout the week. Peloton bikes, a rower and a full-length ballet bar are available. A new amenity is the hydration station with on-tap still and sparkling water with all-natural wellness flavor add-ins.
