Already dreaming of your next summer getaway? Look beyond the already established hotels and take a peek at these new properties slated to hit the scene in 2024:

ME Lisbon

Set to open in 2024, ME Lisbon embodies an avant-garde design with high-quality service and a variety of culinary offerings. The hotel will be home to 213 guestrooms; a Radio Rooftop Bar with panoramic views of the capital city; more than 1,900 square feet of meeting space; and a stunning, semi-transparent glass façade designed by Portuguese architect João Paciêna.

Nobu Hotel Madrid

Just over the border, Spain welcomes its sixth Nobu property. Slated to open in 2024, Nobu Hotel Madrid will sit in the Cortes District and boast a tri-level Nobu restaurant and bar, expansive rooftop bar with skyline views, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa. The Nobu restaurant marks the first in the Spanish capital.

Hilton Yala Resort

Situated outside Sri Lanka’s National Park, Hilton Yala Resort (opening January 2024) offers guests seeking both adventure and relaxation an elevated escape. The nature-first design of the hotel features 42 guestrooms, suites and villas, all inspired by the surrounding wildlife and landscape. Hilton Yala Resort will invite guests on environmentally sound safari experiences to see elephants, leopards and the elusive sloth bear. In addition to stylish guestrooms, expect two restaurants offering contemporary Sri Lankan cuisine and western favorites, an outdoor pool, fully equipped gym and top-notch spa.

Nobu Hotel and Residences Toronto

Coming next year, Toronto’s vibrant Entertainment District sees Nobu make its Canadian debut with Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Toronto. Located above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory with two residential towers housing 660 units, guests will be spoiled with views of Lake Ontario and the city skyline. The 36-suite resort will also include a private hotel lounge; wellness facility; 15,000-square-foot, two-level Nobu Restaurant with its own separate bar and lounge, two private dining rooms; sushi bar; and outdoor terrace.

Opening this December, COMO Metropolitan Singapore will have a soft opening for guests. Situated within COMO Orchard, the 11-floor property combines the best of fashion, wellness, hospitality and cuisine. In addition to 156 luxury guestrooms, expect a rooftop pool bar, dining venues, a wellness center and fashion retail space.

Officially opened this month, The Residence Douz marks Cenizaro Hotels and Resorts’ first desert resort. The Tunisian property boasts 50 elegant villas, two gourmet restaurants and a Spa by Clarins. The property encourages guests to explore the region, including a number of UNESCO World Heritage sites, wildlife sightings and even the village of Matmata, famed for its troglodyte houses featured in Star Wars.
