On June 3, The Drisco Hotel will open its doors in Tel Aviv’s American Colony neighborhood. The 42-room luxury boutique property offers an upscale experience in a storied building. After an illustrious history as The Jerusalem Hotel, the building was abandoned and neglected following the deportation of the German Templars by British mandate authorities in 1940. A restoration process began in 2006.

The Drisco Tel Aviv features 37 guestrooms and five suites with upscale amenities, state-of-the-art technology and Carrara marble bathrooms. Bathrooms boast walk-in showers, ceramic tiles, imperial vintage sinks and vanities. Spacious balconies overlook Tel Aviv-Jaffa, the Mediterranean Sea or the cobblestone streets.

The Drisco Bar, in the hotel lobby, and Zada, an upscale restaurant under the helm of Chef Shahar Britton, will round out the luxury boutique property’s offerings.
