Travelers constantly look for their next bucket-list vacation, but with Europe getting colder, why not travel to a destination that is sunny year-round? Tel Aviv is the perfect getaway to escape the  cold winter months. Whether traveling solo, with friends or family members, here are some must-do activities in Tel Aviv.

Swim at Gordon Beach

Get in some good beach days during the winter months at Gordon Beach, one of Tel Aviv’s most popular and famous beaches. Travelers can enjoy volleyball courts, an outdoor gym, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking and plenty of beachside bars and restaurants to hit when the sun goes down.

Carmel Market

Carmel Market is the largest outdoor market in Tel Aviv, selling Israeli cuisine and a variety of products like home accessories and flowers. On Tuesday and Friday, independent artists and vendors sell unique crafts, art and jewelry.

Whiskey Bar & Museum

The Whiskey Bar & Museum in Sarona in Tel Aviv is a uniquely designed space in the depths of the earth where the Templars built underground tunnels in the 19th century. As one of the largest complexes dedicated to whiskey in the world, it has a dining bar, a museum and a wall that offers more than 1,000 types of whiskey from 13 different countries. The attraction is spread out across three floors, two underground.
