Tauck recently announced plans to add two new riverboats to its award-winning fleet in 2027, following an unprecedented increase in guest demand. This four-vessel expansion over two years will be the highest volume increase in Tauck’s river cruising history, delivering overall capacity growth of 30 percent since 2025.

One of Tauck’s new riverboats will sail the Seine, featuring the same elegant design as the brand’s ms Serene, slated to launch in 2026. The ship’s Sun Deck features a swimming pool and bar, while Arthur’s casual dining venue at the bow boasts panoramic views of the Seine’s waterway. The vessel will also include a new feature, The Retreat, a wellness area on the upper Diamond Deck with a fitness center, massage treatment room, and lounging area with coffees and juices.

The second new ship will take on the Douro River, joining sister ship ms Andorinha. This ship will feature many of the same amenities as the new Seine riverboat.

In addition to these two new riverboats, Tauck also revealed its 2027 river cruise season earlier than ever before, allowing guests to secure preferred departures with risk-free deposits.
