Philadelphia Eagles at the Linc
As the Philadelphia Eagles season is finally upon us, it's great to be rocking our Birds gear once again. For the October 1st game against the Washington Commanders, my sister, cousin and I made our way down to Lincoln Financial Field to tailgate and attend the first Sunday home game of the season. This was also the first sunny day in a week or so of rain in the city, so it was fantastic to be outside and enjoy a warm fall day of football.
Football in the Queen City
My weekend in Cincinnati was centered on the football game between the Bengals and the visiting Seattle Seahawks. Making it more interesting, my married friends had divided rooting interests, as Tony cheered the Seahawks while JoAnne backed the Bengals.

A weeks ago I watched the overachieving Chicago Cubs take a tough loss. That weekend I switched sports but still saw a loss as the Chicago Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers in their season opener.
