Many streaming services like Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix include easy-to-browse sections of content from Black filmmakers. Make it a goal to consume a variety of content. If your budget allows, seek out local and national Black-owned businesses to support. Whether it’s a café or a clothing brand, open your wallet to show support. Purchase books by Black authors, preferably from Black-owned bookstores. Make it a goal to continue these practices beyond February.
