Summer is nearly here, which means a few things: more time for vacation, better excuses for bleisure travel and new airline routes to accommodate it all.
Allegiant Air
With 19 new non-stop summer routes, Allegiant Air is setting itself, and travelers, up for summer flights, with six alone going to Nashville, Tennessee (BNA). Ticket prices vary, but some fares dip as low as $40 each way. Check out new Allegiant routes here.
United Airlines
Travelers can fly Denver International Airport to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Syracuse, New York. On the weekends, travelers can fly between (DEN) and Maine (PWN) for lobster season, or even Ft. Myers (RSW) for sunny beach season.
Spirit Airlines
Spirit Airlines is launching routes in June bringing travelers up and down the East Coast. Residents can fly from Charlotte (CLT) to Baltimore (BWI), Florida (FLL), Orlando (MCO) and Newark (EWR) — all available this month.
TAP Air Portugal
While Portugal is a hot spot on most traveler’s lists, TAP Air Portugal is making it more of a reality on the West cCast. Non-stop flights between San Francisco International Airport and Lisbon (LIS) begin early this month. The international flight offers free WiFi and texting.
