The hotel’s new Chief Millennials Officer is Alejandra Ramirez, who is a millennial with a background in hospitality and human resources. She will cater the hotel’s offerings to millennial travelers and better understand what attracts this important travel group. Currently, the associate staff at the property is made up of 57.5 percent millennials, and 32 percent of the guests at the property are millennials.
