If you plan to visit the hotel Dec. 16–30, you can catch a five-course dinner tasting menu at Camélia, just for the holidays, featuring traditional Christmas dishes reinterpreted. Wine pairings and Champagne are available with the tasting menu. For New Year’s Eve, diners may enjoy a seven-course meal paired with Champagne by the head sommelier, or a five-course tasting menu featuring seasonal stars like lobster and foie gras. Beginning Nov. 26, the hotel’s bar 8 terrace transforms into a Glenfiddich whisky pop-up bar with live music.
