Cape Town’s Spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel has introduced a new SPA’rty concept — a pampering spa day designed for small groups of four to eight guests. Each participant receives two 30-minute treatments, a Rasul steam session and a spa lunch at The Café Grill. Robes and slippers are provided, and pre- and post-treatment treats include the use of the plunge pools and gravity-defying saltwater flotation pool. There’s also a Tranquility Lounge, and Health Bar with complimentary fresh fruit juices, herbal tisanes and freshly prepared snacks.
Featured skincare products for SPA’rty days are from The B | Africa line (the name pays tribute to The Red Carnation Hotel Collection founder Bea Tollman), concocted with soothing blends of extracts from plants indigenous to Africa. The Café Grill menu offers a selection of tasty, healthy fare including Franschhoek Smoked Salmon, Trout Salad with Flash Fried Plum Tomatoes and Grilled Asparagus Spears. Total treatment time, including Rasul steam session, is 80 minutes, at a fee of $75 per person.
