Spain Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced Spain will allow vaccinated travelers from the United States to visit Spain beginning June 7. Travelers must show proof of vaccination, with a vaccination card or certificate of vaccination in English accepted.
A second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or a single J&J vaccine dose, must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain. Unvaccinated minors in the same family as vaccinated adults traveling to Spain will be required to show a negative COVID test performed at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Children under 6 do not have to show a negative test and, upon arrival, travelers will not be asked to quarantine. A health questionnaire must be completed prior to departure.
