Three Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller brings his world-renowned French and American cuisine onto all Seabourn ships this year. The culinary genius behind a trio of award-winning restaurants — The French Laundry, Per Se and Bouchon — will add new flavors to complement the ultra-luxury cruise line’s already celebrated cuisine.

New appetizers, entrees and dishes will be added to multiple dining venues aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest beginning in early fall 2015. Keller will also introduce a new signature restaurant on Seabourn Quest in the spring of next year before expanding to the entire fleet.
