Guestroom palettes include cool blues, greens and crisp whites, complemented by lavish textiles, chaise lounges, ocean-inspired artwork and full marble baths. Every room and suite has a balcony, with first-floor patios featuring fire pits.
As for amenities, guests enjoy coastal paths, a private beach club, an expansive outdoor pool area, private cabanas, stocked outdoor minibars, an 18-hole oceanfront golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and a 30,000-square-foot spa. With more than 30,000 square feet of indoor event space, Monarch Beach Resort can create the meeting, event or wedding of your dreams.
Seven culinary options await guests, including Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak Orange County. AVEO Table + Bar serves Mediterranean food, and 33°North has a bar, living room salon and ocean-view outdoor patio. Exclusive to resort guests and members, Monarch Bay Beach Club is an oceanfront bar and restaurant. Part & Parcel Market sells to-go coffee, pastries, juices, smoothies and more. Eat alongside the first tee on the golf course at Club 19, or enjoy Mexi-Cali cuisine at pool-side Sombra.
