Carlson Rezidor expands its presence in Africa with the opening of an upscale Radisson Blu property this year in a new country in its portfolio: Chad, the fifth largest country on the African continent. Slated to welcome guests in the capital city in the second quarter, the group’s Radisson Blu Hotel N’Djamena will feature 175 guestrooms and suites overlooking the Chari river.

Located just outside the city center in close proximity to embassies and commercial areas, the Radisson Blu Hotel N’Djamena will include a lobby bar, two restaurants and approximately 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Facilities will include three amphitheaters, an assembly hall, a health club, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and large parking facilities.
