For Mother’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver offers families new ways to celebrate with a scrumptious brunch, dinner and spa treatments.
YEW seafood + bar provides a “legendary” Mother’s Day Brunch, which includes multiple action stations, a raw bar, charcuterie and carver stations. Kid’s favorites are also available. The crowning moment in the brunch experience is dessert, with options including old-fashioned chocolate cake, pecan caramel tarts, fresh brioche and prune pudding and tiramisu.
Brunch is served at the restaurant Mother’s Day, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
Late risers might consider the family-style Spot Prawn Boil Dinner. Part of a dining series, the first dinner kicks off Mother’s Day evening. Family-style dinners include seasonal fare such as perfectly cooked spot prawns, heirloom potatoes, charred jalapeño cornbread, salads and more. Dessert is a maple and pineapple upside-down torte. Mom receives a complimentary glass of wine. The dinner takes place Mother’s Day 6–9 p.m. and tickets are required.
Guests at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver also enjoy access to the on-site spa. A treatment in the RedCedar massage suite is the perfect Mother’s Day gift for the hardworking mom who needs to de-stress.
