Airline alliance oneworld launched an information portal for customers to provide updates on the health and wellbeing measures travelers can expect as part of the alliance’s member airlines’ commitment to passenger safety and care.

Hosted here, the portal is a one-stop resource for information on the various measures implemented on the ground and in flight by oneworld member airlines. Customers on multi-segment journeys across the alliance can rest assured member airlines are committed to protecting their health and wellbeing at every step of the journey. Customers can easily view the latest information on health and wellbeing implemented by their preferred member carrier, as well find out more about measures at major airports in the oneworld network.

Some of the measures implemented by member airlines include contactless check-in, enhanced cleaning of high-frequency touchpoints, physical distancing during boarding and the use of masks and face coverings.
