Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship, Norwegian Luna, sister ship to Norwegian Aqua, will debut in April 2026 on a seven-day voyage in the Caribbean, departing from Miami, Florida. The vessel will mark the cruise line’s 21st in its cutting-edge fleet, accommodating about 3,550 guests at double occupancy. The ship will be home to NCL’s newest restaurant additions, like Sukhothai and Panterie, as well as Prima Class favorites like Indulge Food Hall and NCL icons like Cagney’s Steakhouse.
The new ship is an overall 10 percent size and capacity increase from NCL’s Prima Class Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva ships. The ship will kick off its inaugural season in 2026 with two western Caribbean itineraries to Roatan Island, Honduras; Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico; and Harvest Caye, Belize, the cruise line’s resort-style destination.
Norwegian Luna will then sail on seven-day journeys to the Eastern Caribbean to places like Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Great Stirrup Cay, NCL’s private island in the Bahamas. In fact, Great Stirrup Cay soon debuts a brand-new pier later this year.
