The Ritz-Carlton Spa is introducing new spa concepts to its guests, starting with a selection of 20 properties, including those in New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, Amelia Island, Moscow, Vienna, Cairo and Budapest. The new concept will combine guests’ needs with local culture to produce a one-of-a-kind experience.

The new concept first launched at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, where the new Desert Reviver treatment is inspired by the city’s landscape and climate. The treatment implements a sand-based exfoliation as well as a hot stone massage and cooling ritual.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain is using the new concept as an opportunity to introduce Middle Eastern traditions to its treatment menu. Guests will see regional ingredients, Arabian beauty rituals and ancient natural methods.

Five new experiences were added at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow. Treatments make use of organic Siberian honey and Russian massage techniques.

Other properties will offer Native American detoxification ceremonies, ingredients sourced from local produce, zero-gravity treatments, massages set to voodoo chants and more.
