Diners can settle in and relax in a space celebrating the surrounding natural environment with textured stone accents, warm timbers and finishes reflecting the stunning Rocky Mountains.
Seating options are a mix of private booths, communal tables and an impressive central bar. The menu, overseen by Chef Matt Zubrod, culinary director, Viceroy Snowmass, includes classic comfort options such as line-caught fish and chips made with albacore tuna, Life Line chili with cornbread, an open-face albacore tuna melt, and wagyu raclette steak sandwich. The menu’s signature wagyu burger is crafted from a proprietary blend of wagyu beef sourced exclusively for Viceroy Snowmass from Cross Creek Ranch in Durango, Colorado.
“Lift Line was designed to be the kind of place people naturally gravitate toward after a day on the mountain — comfortable, energetic and rooted in familiar flavors done really well,” said Chef Zubrod. “We wanted the menu to feel approachable without sacrificing quality or intention.
