The menu, overseen by Chef Matt Zubrod, culinary director, Viceroy Snowmass, includes classic comfort options such as line-caught fish and chips made with albacore tuna, Life Line chili with cornbread, an open-face albacore tuna melt, and wagyu raclette steak sandwich. The menu’s signature wagyu burger is crafted from a proprietary blend of wagyu beef sourced exclusively for Viceroy Snowmass from Cross Creek Ranch in Durango, Colorado.
