The Great Scotland Yard Hotel
The Unbound Collection by Hyatt makes its debut into the United Kingdom with The Great Scotland Yard Hotel. The newly renovated luxury lifestyle hotel and reimagined space will offer 153 rooms within the historic London Metropolitan police station — hence the name — which was once an operating police station devoted to hunting down some of England’s most notorious criminals, including the elusive Jack the Ripper. Expect a blend of old-world London history and high-end luxury and comfort.
Vintry & Mercer hotel is a new stay located in the heart of London, along the streets surrounding the River Thames. Vintry & Mercer is named for the history of local London winemakers (Vintry) and high-end textile merchants (Mercer) hawking fine silks along the surrounding narrow streets. The all-new 92 guestrooms will exude contemporary style amid a varied history and bustling city streets — perfect for business travel with a historic twist.
Mama Shelter Shoreditch
Mama Shelter announced a new 193-room property, Mama Shelter Shoreditch — previously known as the RE Hotel London Shoreditch. Located in the industrial region of the city and a short walk from the Cambridge Heath train and Bethnal Green subway, Mama Shelter Shoreditch will be more than just accommodations for the night. The new and generously spaced restaurant, meeting rooms and indoor-outdoor lounge spaces are expected to be a hub for busy tourists and locals seeking a grab-and-go option, or a place to stay and unwind.
