Native Places recently announced its newest aparthotel soon coming to London. Kings Wardrobe, St. Pauls hits the scene January 2024, taking residence in a building formerly a storehouse for the King’s state and ceremonial robes, as well as those belonging to members of the royal family.

Kings Wardrobe, St. Pauls spans seven Grade II-listed townhouses occupying a private courtyard situated right behind St. Paul’s Cathedral. The original building dates back to the 14th century and marks Native Places’ seventh property.
Comprising 92 bright and spacious apartments, each apartment (ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments) comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and workspaces. Bathrooms come stocked with Bramley toiletries, and guests also receive fresh linens and Hypnos beds. Tapestry prints from House of Hackney adorn the walls.

Each townhouse is named after pioneering British fashion designers and international designers who transformed British attire and style from the 1600s onwards. Names include Rose Bertin, dressmaker to Marie Antoinette, and Anna Maria Garthwaite, an English textile designer from the mid-1700s who created vivid floral designs.
Kings Wardrobe, St. Pauls is also home to COUNTER, an energizing neighborhood space showcasing locally sourced and seasonal ingredients through artisanal pastries and light bites by day. As the sun sets, COUNTER transforms into a wine bar hosting curated events and a wide array of drinks.
