Singapore Airlines and American Express are working to improve the cardholder experience for the four Singapore Airlines frequent-flyer credit cards. Now, cardholders enjoy complimentary upgrades from business class to first class or suites, 50 per cent savings on mile redemption for award tickets, double mile accrual vouchers, accelerated tier upgrades and $150 cash back for online bookings. Previously, cardholders earned two miles per dollar spent, which is now 2.4 miles per dollar spent. “We are extremely pleased to offer these improved and exclusive benefits to our co-brand credit card members,” said Lee Wen Fen, senior vice president, marketing planning, Singapore Airlines. “As part of our longstanding commitment to continually enhance the KrisFlyer programme, we are always looking for more ways to delight our members and make their journey with us more rewarding.” The cards also offer two KrisFlyer miles for every dollar spent at singaporeair.com, silkair.com, krisshop.com and SilkAir’s Sky Shop.
