The Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel offers travelers an authentic local immersion experience with a new Morning Wellness at Siam program. Guests of the Bangkok hotel can start their day in a way that echoes the locals’ typical morning routine.

The program includes three stages combining energizing movement, a healthy breakfast and spa elements. At daybreak, guests participate in the daily Buddhist tradition of Tak Bart in the hotel lobby. Guests give alms of food to monks and in return receive the traditional blessing of a chant.

Guests are then led on a walk to Lumpini Park, referred to as the “Green Lung of Bangkok.” Here, guests are led through a 45-minute light energy session of ancient Chinese qi gong, meditation, yoga or pranayama. Following the session is a nutritious picnic lunch and raw juice. Guests then return to the hotel via tuk tuk.

The Morning Wellness at Siam program finishes at Anantara Spa, where guests receive a signature 60-minute Chakra Crystal Balancing therapy treatment. The purifying massage promotes holistic well-being and releases stress and tension.

The entire wellness treatment lasts four hours, leaving guests refreshed and ready to start the day.
