The Savoy Hotel, a historic, Art Deco property originally opened in 1935, recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation. Now, the Miami all-suite resort is once again accepting guests.

The new design combines elegance with sunny Florida style, with fun touches such as embellished vintage lamps, banana leaf-print wallpaper, velvet sofas and more. A bar cart greets guests in the lobby with hand-shaken martinis. Social spaces include an intimate café and bar, as well as an outdoor garden with an on-site cigar roller opening later in the season.

Though The Savoy Hotel sits on 200 feet of oceanfront, providing guests with umbrellas, loungers and towel service, it also offers a two-acre poolscape with colorful murals and cabana chairs.

The South of Fifth neighborhood where the hotel is located is on the quieter side, but still within walking distance of Miami’s best nightlife, restaurants and more. Concierge service is available to assist in making dining and entertainment arrangements, including scheduling tours and other experiences.
