Marriott Rewards is capitalizing on its connections with major national airlines and offering members exclusive discounts on air travel for the summer season. Through July 15, rewards members who register for Marriott´s promotion and book a stay at a Marriott International hotel will be eligible for 1,000 bonus points that can be used with any of Marriott´s partner airlines including United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and Southwest Airlines. Only hotel stays in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean qualify for the bonus opportunity, and the stay must take place before Aug. 31. When booking, members can select their preferred airline and points will be deposited directly into their frequent-flyer account with their chosen airline. This promotion is in addition to Marriott´s Summer Bonus program wherein registered members can receive up to 10,000 bonus points for stays at Marriott properties throughout the summer.
