Mandarin Oriental announced a second property, including branded residences, debuting in İstanbul in 2022. The development features three stand-alone, new-build towers near the Central Business District. One tower includes 158 guestrooms and suites and 16 serviced apartments, while the other towers are reserved for 251 luxury residences.

Social spaces include three restaurants and bars, meeting spaces, outdoor areas, terraces, a spa, fitness center and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The residences provide owners with extensive private gardens and Bosphorus views, with access to hotel amenities such as the fitness center.

“We are delighted to be announcing a second Mandarin Oriental property in İstanbul, together with an exciting luxury residential project. We look forward to extending further the group’s presence in one of the world’s most historic and vibrant cities,” said James Riley, group chief executive, Mandarin Oriental. “Operating two complementary hotels in a single city is something that the group has already done successfully in Hong Kong and will soon do in London.
